  • OUR PRODUCTS MEET ALL THE QUALITY REGULATIONS AND SPECIFY THAT IT IS APPLICABLE, ESPECIALLY THE STANDARD UNE EN 1090 PART 1 AND PART 2
  • ACHIEVE THE FULL AND CONTINUED SATISFACTION FOR ALL OUR CUSTOMERS, FULFILLING WITH YOUR EXPECTATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS .
  • PROVIDE A CORRECT AND RELIABLE SERVICE, FULFILLING THE COMMITMENT WITH THE CUSTOMER DELIVERY DATES.
  • COMPLY WITH THE NORMATIVE AND REGULATION IN FORCE OF APPLICATION TO THE ACTIVITY OF THE COMPANY.
  • IMPROVE CONTINUOUSLY THE PROCESSES, ENHANCING THE HUMAN AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES OF THE COMPANY, FOR AN ADEQUATE MANAGEMENT, COMPETITIVENESS, INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND EFFICIENCY OF THE QUALITY AND THE ENVIRONMENT SYSTEM
  • CONTRIBUTE TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT WITH INTERNAL OBJECTIVES TO REDUCE THE PRODUCTION OF WASTE FROM OUR RAW MATERIALS AND TO WORK WITH SUPPLIERS RESPECTING THE ENVIRONMENT.

 
The Quality and Environment Policy has the full support of the Management, who assumes in the first person the responsibility of the Quality Management and Environment in the company, and makes available all the necessary resources to achieve the objectives pursued.

The points of the Policy provide the frame of reference for the establishment and revision of the Quality and Environment Objectives.

In order to comply with these guidelines, it is necessary that the company’s staff work as a team that is united and motivated in the performance of its tasks.

As a key element of our organization, the Policy is disseminated and explained to the entire organization, and is also periodically reviewed in the System Review by Management.
